County staff will strive to review and investigate all submissions as soon as possible. If contact information is provided, staff may reach out once a course of action has been determined or to request additional details. For bylaw-related complaints, staff aim to engage the complainant within two business days to acknowledge receipt, explain how the complaint will be addressed, and provide information on follow-up or progress updates.

Bylaw Complaint Notice: Anonymity will be maintained between the complainant and the alleged offender, except where necessary in a court of law. If the complaint proceeds to court, you may be required to give evidence as a witness, and your name and the filed complaint may become a matter of public record.
