Family & Community Support Services

Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is a partnership between municipal and provincial governments; established to develop, support and fund preventive social programming to enhance the well-being of individuals, families and communities.

Mountain View County accesses the FCSS Provincial funds for eligible local agencies, contributes County funds to these agencies and administers the FCSS Program. Mountain View County funds programs such as Family School Wellness, Seniors Support Services and After School Care Programs, offering community programs year-round.
