Step back in time and join us for the 4th Annual Days of Yore and Alberta Heritage Long Weekend on August 3rd and 4th. Events will be located at Rosebud Park, on the east entrance to Didsbury on Hwy 582.

Stroll through the ages with Sons of Fenrir Vikings, Dragons Own Medieval Combat, Victorian Society, Edmonton House Brigade, Yankee Valley Yankees, 10th Battalion WWI, WWII First Special Service Force, Prairie Motor Brigade, Stick Pony Maze, and the Artisan Alley.  Also, crafts and hands-on activities. The next Olds Farmers Market is Thursday, August 8th and runs weekly into September. Held at the Big Rack Cow Palace, expanding to include the parking area during the summer. Markets run from 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

Join us every Friday for the Sundre Farmers’ Market.

Next event is Friday, August 9th and runs weekly into September at the Sundre Curling Arena. Markets run from 5 pm - 7:30 pm. but the Aug. 9th market will start at a special time of 1:30 p.m. to celebrate the community weekend. New vendors are always welcome - either drop-in or long-term. Get your late summer reading selections at the Friends of the Didsbury Library Booksale on Friday, August 23, 2019. Sale runs from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the old Town Office beside the library.

Browse thousands of books and find your new favourite. Payment is by donation. All proceeds go to the Didsbury Library.
