Building/Servicing/Permit/Planning Applications

The CityView Permit Portal allows for users to access permits online from the comfort of their own home or workplace to:

  • Apply for Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Gas, and Private Septic Permits
  • Apply for Redesignations, Subdivisions, Development Permits, and Event Permits
  • Submit Real Property Reports for Compliance Certificates
  • Submit required documents for Permits and Planning requirements
  • Check your application statuses, pay fees, and review permit documents
  • Upload revisions to existing projects

Crime Prevention Initiatives

Mountain View County has funding available to support local/regional initiatives and organizations for activities or events that have the potential to reduce the impact of crime within a large community area or throughout the County.

Currently, funding applications are being received until Thursday, April 15, 2021. Application is at this link: www.mountainviewcounty.com/about-mvc/grants-funding. See the Crime Prevention Grant folder.
