Mountain View County will be kicking off the Canada Day long weekend on June 30th with a barbecue breakfast.
Events get underway at 8 a.m. in the Mountain View County office parking lot (or Agricultural Services Shop if raining) and run until 11 a.m.
There will be pancakes, sausages, bacon, coffee, juice and fruit trays available to get your long weekend off to a hearty start. There will be a RAV courtsey the Didsbury Fire Department on display, along with a County Patrol vehicle and a mystery piece of equipment from our Operations Department.
There is no cost for the breakfast and our Councillors will be your chefs for the morning. All residents are invited to drop by and join us to celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary.
