The Olds Central Highlands Golf Course is located 60 minutes north of Calgary and 30 minutes south of Red Deer just off of Highway 2. Forest Heights Golf Course
The Forest Heights Golf Course is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountain. This 18-hole course overlooks the Red Deer River to the west and Eagle Valley to the east. There are three tee areas for all levels of play. Course rating is 132 from the blue tees. The public is welcome to this course, which offers a pro shop, licensed clubhouse, snack bar, putting greens, driving range and rentals. Telephone 403-556-4010
Carstairs Community Golf Course
Carstairs Community Golf Course began in the 1960s as a nine-hole golf course. In 1982, nine more holes were added, and in 1992 a new clubhouse was added. A gently rolling landscape and heavily treed fairways make up this beautiful course. Carstairs has a magnificent mountain view and small lakes which come into play on seven of its holes. The lakes are filled with wildlife, from ducks, geese and a variety of birds, to the rainbow trout that make their homes here. Bent grass greens are average in size and vary from undulating to tiered and flat. The layout of the course allows the average player to be challenged. Sundre Golf Course
The Sundre Golf Course is situated one km east of Sundre. This 18-hole course is primarily made up of narrow tree-lined fairways with the picturesque views of the Red Deer River Valley and the Rocky Mountains. This course offers the following amenities: clubhouse with restaurant and banquet room, club storage, pro shop, practice range and putting green and sand trap. Didsbury Golf Course
Founded in 1960, Didsbury is a pleasant 9-hole community course where visitors are always welcome. It lies a short 45-minute drive from both Calgary and Red Deer and makes for a relaxing drive into the country. Didsbury is an easy-to-walk course that features a mixture of narrow and wide fairways with varying levels of undulation. Three small ponds enter play on six holes, but otherwise there are few hazards to affect play. Challenge at this course is provided by the small greens. Difficult targets, many of these greens contain undulations or are multi-tiered. This well maintained course is part of a larger recreational facility that includes tennis courts. Due to the courses popularity, golfers are advised to book tee times if planning to play on weekends or holidays.

Water Valley Golf Course
This woodland masterpiece offers lush, undulating fairways framed by gorgeous views. Only 45 minutes north of Calgary off Highway 22, this 18-hole, par 72, 6410-yard course offers triple tees, sand and water. Rated at 123 from the back tees, this course offers a true challenge to its golfers. A brand new clubhouse with a panoramic mountain view provides every amenity a golfer could want. Silver Willow Golf and Sporting Club
Silver Willow Golf and Sporting Club offers an affordable golfing experience for the whole family. The 9-hole golf course backs onto a Ducks Unlimited Waterfowl Preserve and provides bird lovers a wonderful opportunity to view Canadian Geese and ducks of all types in their natural habitat. This par 36 course is built into the coulee and offers challenge and variety for golfers of all skill levels.
Silver Willow Golf and Sporting Club is a also a great destination for outdoor and physical education tours. We have hosted many educational events over the past 15 years and offer both instruction and safety training for sporting clays.

Water Valley RV Park
Privately owned and operated, the Water Valley RV Park is located: two miles south and xx mile west of the 4-way stop in Water Valley or 1.5 miles west of the golf course. Open May to September with 22 full- serviced sites and two non-serviced sites. No tenting. Large spacious and level lots with good access for large RVs. Picnic table and firepit at each lot. Firewood available. Outdoor washrooms. Horseshoe pit, playground and recreational area. Hiking trail. Pets allowed on a leash. 24-hour security - Gates close at 10:00 pm. Reservations recommended.
