Mountain View County is divided into seven districts; each of which is represented by an elected County Councilor. Elections are held every three years and all residents are eligible to vote.
County Council is responsible for the growth, direction and sustainability of Mountain View County. Council directs Administration in the delivery of traffic enforcement, roads and public works maintenance, property assessments, agriculture services, land development, fire, police and emergency services, and recreational facilities.
Mountain View County is represented by a dynamic team of elected representatives – each of whom has a strong personal and business investment in Mountain View. Collectively, these individuals understand and advocate for strategic growth, rural values and community support.
