Council Approves Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Regarding Land Annexation with Urban Municipalities.
As part of its commitment to drive intermunicipal cooperation, Mountain View County Council has approved an MOA template to facilitate land annexation discussions with County urban municipalities.
