There are several progressive initiatives underway to ensure a cooperative and interactive process for communication and negotiation of mutual development, growth and community issues between Mountain View County and the five urban communities contained in our development area. Council Approves Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Regarding Land Annexation with Urban Municipalities.
As part of its commitment to drive intermunicipal cooperation, Mountain View County Council has approved an MOA template to facilitate land annexation discussions with County urban municipalities.
