Protecting the environment and safeguarding the natural resources that fuel Mountain View County is a core commitment of Council and Administration and plays a key role in the County’s Current Municipal Development Plan. Like all dynamic documents, this is under review.
Council members and Administration staff participate in a number of initiatives that address environmental stewardship in everything from agriculture to oil and gas.
