Mountain View Regional Emergency Services provides 24/7 Advanced Life Support (Paramedic) ambulance service for the County of Mountain View, with ambulances in Olds, Didsbury, and Sundre. The office is in the Mountain View County Office.

Didsbury Search and Rescue
The Didsbury Search and Rescue is a volunteer association that works closely with the Didsbury RCMP. Each member has training in the basic fundamentals, first aid, and tracking. For more information, contact: Bill Fleming at 403-335-8202 or Peggy Wigton at 403-637-2688.
