Succession Planning workshop

I have proudly lived in Mountain View County since my birth in 1951- ranching and farming is in my blood. Having traveled near and far, I can say Mountain View County possesses a wealth of diversity, and is without a doubt in my mind, the best place in the world to live.

During the next three years I am determined to work with Council and Administration to get our roads repaired and or rebuilt to the highest standards. I'd also like to see us address the idea of creating working relationships with the private sector to achieve better results. Having played a part in revising two Area Structure Plans, the Municipal Development Plan and the Land Use Bylaw , I believe I have an obligation to see these through to completion, with the final product representing the majority of our ratepayers wishes. Having worked closely with Council and our Administration, I recognize the strength of our diverse standpoints- which makes for a team who can approach issues from many angles and come forward with decisions for the good of all County ratepayers.
